RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - EastLondonTerrier - 22-02-2017 What a win! I really didn't think it was going to be our day when VLP missed the pen but my word 7 wins I'm told we've gained from last 10 minute goals. Outstanding. Other teams in the mix to play each other on Saturday but we have to go to a very tough Barnsley to take advantage. I would think Newcastle & Brighton are starting to sweat now. Only team I can see getting some proper form together below us is Norwich. The rest are still Win, Lose, Draw at the moment especially leeds & sheff wed. Oggy last night, said Sheffield Wed but I disagree. Yes they beat us, twice, but that doesn't mean they're good. Get in around the area and dive is all they've got. Reading are well organised, stopped us playing our style and looked dangerous in attack not just breaking away. I fancy them to win the play offs over whichever of Brighton or Newcastle that we displace. RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - theo_luddite - 22-02-2017 Goal cam, missed it earlier (oops, wrong one) now corrected RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - Lord Snooty - 22-02-2017 Have we got one for last night? That's Brighton. RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - theo_luddite - 22-02-2017 Fixed it, used someone else's link without checking first. ![]() ![]() RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - WakeyTerrier - 22-02-2017 Cracking atmosphere last night as well, everybody up singing on a few occasions....and they said the ground wasn't designed in a way to create a real good atmosphere. Old bloke in the pub last night "Huddersfield shouldn't be in the Premier League, they're just not good enough" "Huddersfield disrespecting the FA cup by making all those changes on Saturday. "Football fans only care about the money these days" F*cking silly old b*st*rd, proper wound me up talking out of his backside. I genuinely felt insulted by his comments. RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - EastLondonTerrier - 22-02-2017 The most uninformed "fans" these days seem to be old men or jumped up 20 year olds. Just shows stupidity knows no age boundary. Listened to the match on 5live Sports Extra. Jesus, never again I hope. Apart from the shit commentary, they were complementing the Reading away support. "Listen to that noise from the away stand. Waving their blue and white scarves. Excellent turn out from Reading."..........But haven't you noticed they are singing Town songs you knob!!! ![]() RE: Terriers v Hobnobs 21/02/2017 - Lord Snooty - 22-02-2017 That's appalling. I thought they were gonna use Oggy's commentary on 5live sports extra. |
