RE: Huddersfield Town v Sheffield Wednesday - SHEP_HTAFC - 12-10-2016

I don't mind the guy personally.....mainly because he caused a Dirty L666s goal to be disallowed as Sheff Wed had 12 players on the park at the time.
He was subbed, but came off so slowly that the other guy came on and the free kick was taken and scored from. Had to be re-taken and they missed. Oh how I laughed.

The frustrating thing is he is a very good player and doesn't need the chucking himself about and 14 rolls on the floor when somebody sneezes on him. To be fair to him last season at Town he was hacked down by Hudson who was lucky not to get sent off.
Anyway, have you all forgiven him now for wanting to leave at the start of the season?

Results wise this game is as hard to pick as any that we've had so far. As Mirf says our recent history isn't good against them but as the Lord says our home record is 100%. Once again if we graft as hard as we have done at home this season then I'm confident we'll get at least a point out of it and if we lose then well played Wednesday because I know they will have had to play well to achieve that

I'm not convinced he ever wanted to actually leave, I think the transfer rumours were either coincidental or bad journalism. The issue appeared to be him (or his agent??) wanting (or being promised) to be the highest earner and with Steven Fletcher coming in that was no longer the case. Either way the club handled it well and didn't give in for a change. As for forgiveness, there is still a bit of work needed there but its nothing that a few goals wouldn't remedy very quickly!!!

Graham Scott, premier league referee, has been appointed for this one.

That guy is an absolute clown. Gave Kyle Naughton a straight red for winning the ball in one game and gave a joke penalty as well. God help him if he drops another clanger on the Sky cameras, and it'll probably be against us no doubt.

Meant to quote Snoots there, Thursday is taking its toll.
