The strikers (Stokes and the ineffective Cummings) have chucked it Fredster - enough chances to win two matches and the last min miss in front of goal by Fontaine was criminal - opted for his usual 'past the post' effort instead of roofing the ball past a static goalie! A previous free header in front of goal by the same player - didn't need to jump but his usual over the bar effort - woeful! Saving themselves for an upcoming Scottish Cup tie? You bet! Hibs problems don't solely rest with the strikers - it's the lack of goals from the rest of the team:
4 players have scored 4 or more goals for Hibs
Compared to 7 for Rangers.
Miller and Waghorn have 29 between them. Cummings, Keatings and Boyle have 25. That's not too great a difference.
