We created as many chances as rangers did in that game at ibrox and if our finishing had been half-decent we would have got at least a point.

You can promote the myth of 'at least a point' all you want. The stats don't back your opinion up one bit. Nor does simple common sense.

you can promote stats a' ye want, the simple fact is ye only managed tae beat us because of a free kick that should never have been given,ergo, we were worth 'at least a point'

No you weren't. If you'd have scored then maybe. But you didn't. Even if you had, then it's far from certain you would have managed a draw.
You can dress fantasy up as fact all you want. Cold stats show no bias.

the fact is , there was 1 goal scored in the game that came fae an opportunity that should never have been given. without that, 0-0, a draw, however ye dress it up.

Common sense disagrees. As does any child who's watched Back to the Future.
If the free-kick isn't awarded, everything that happened afterwards can't have happened the way it did. It certainly doesn't mean that the game would have ended 0-0. Given the cold stats I posted, it's highly likely that Rangers would have won the game regardless.

stats dinnae win games,as we hibs supporters ken very well, wi' shots on goal going intae the teens in many games resulting in 1 or 0 goals

That alone suggests you didn't deserve anything from the game. Your shots on goal didn't reach the grand total of two, by the way.

Goals against: Rangers 0 Hibs 1
Shroedinger could have used Hibs and given his cat the day off.
