I think you'd struggle to find a team worse than us when in possession. 36% against Watford.
We don't have a single winger or fullback on the pitch, no pace or width whatsoever. Honestly, its farcical how we can sign so many wingers since Jerome Thomas left and we have barely even started a single one of them.
Based on what I have seen so far we are right up against it this season.

Very poor so far. It is like watching us 4 years ago under Hodgson when it was at its poorest. This 4-4-2 that we are playing is way too narrow with little freedom for movement and 2 restricted strikers lacking in service.
Watford on the other hand are playing very well with plenty of attacking intent. Their performance is showing why I really like Quique Flores and his ideas.
I'm expecting at least 1 substitution to happen at half time. Hopefully McManaman for Gardner to exploit the space that Anya leaves when he attacks.

That was the most dire football I have ever seen from a Premier League team in my life, just lucky it is still 0-0. You have to wonder what the point is if we are going to persist with 4 centre mids with no pace.
