Yeah, good on him.
Still baffled as to why Woy made like for like sub's rather than taking a defender off to put Kane on. None of the back 4 or Hart broke sweat defending last night. A Plan B with only 3 at the back would have been good to see for 15 mins or so.
Rooney laughably claiming after the game that other countries will now be sitting up and taking notice of us. Whatever Wayne.
Plan A worked really well in Brazil didn't it? No sign of Plan B last night either. Plan A is just fine and dandy against European also rans, so let's just stick with Plan A, eh Woy? Watch Italy's B side give us another lesson on Tuesday.

Excellent performance last night from England, yes Lithuania didn't look much of a threat but we had them on the back front from the word go. In fact by the time Rooney put us 1-0 up he really should've been on the score sheet before that and how it wasn't 3-0 after 20 I'll never know.
Woy got his team bang on last night and the timing of his subs was decent as well.
What about that Kane lad, 1min 18seconds was it...brilliant stuff and he was delighted by it looking back on his celebration.

Hoping for a close game tonight and hoping we don't get our backsides handed to us on a plate. Doubt either side will claim to be anywhere close to full strength but a few goals would be nice rather than another drab 1-0/0-1.

They chant lots of other crap but you never hear it on TV. Most of it is mysogenistic anti-German crap that is edited out in the couple of seconds delay before we see or hear it. Kind of ironic given how many times the arseholes that mostly follow England sing God save the Queen per average game which seems to increase every year. "The pub landlord" takes the piss big time but the numpties haven't worked that one out yet.
My few experiences of attending England games, during which I was mostly surrounded by southern shandy supping ham shankers, leads me to believe that the average Londonish based England supporter has fook hall idea or clue of history when it comes to the Royals.
I will forever stick to watching England in the sterile, antiseptic atmosphere of the pub or my living room as a result, even if Septic Bladder loses the rest of his marbles and for some stupid but totally uncorrupt reason awards us a World Cup Final tournament. Won't hold my breath on that one or England's numpty southern fans learning a new song anytime soon.
Love a good rant once in a while. Thought we were crap to average first half and average to reasonable in the second. Draw was reasonable.
