Ledson has always had a good shot on him, strikes them with power but somehow shows a strange reluctance to have a pot, perhaps he's most dangerous from 50 plus yards

Can't see the ref admitting he was wrong though. Basically, he was right.

Could say it was accidental, trying to grab the shirt. I don't know. Could end up with a longer ban, which is what's happened before.

I'd say leave it. The FA generally don't like admitting their ref's make wrong decisions. As Glennon said on Radio Leeds last night, he appealled one once, video's, still photo's and an admission from the other team's striker that he hadn't touched him. Still got banned and fined. Like you say - they could push it up to 5 games or more.

If you're first or second in on the appeals day you might get let off or have a red reduced to a yellow if they are in a generous mood, but beyond that and after lunchtime, forget it.

May was stupid to do what he did....yes unintentional but why try grab his shirt in that position? Middle of the park for crying out loud.
But the goal from Ledson was a beauty. If that had been Beckham or Ronaldo, they would be showing that for years to come.
Luton were poor though when we went down to 10. That's normally a Hudds Town thing when the opposition go down to 10....but we showed some more fight again.
I'm beginning to think Manning could be a great appointment for us.

Grabbing the shirt is a natural reaction for a modern day player, like diving and feigning injury. Never happened back in the day.

Oh, and another thing. Nicholls needs some fitness training done. This is two games running when he's gone down with cramp after an hour. Just saying, when did goalies ever get cramp? Whistle

No point appealing the red card, he has no defence so it would be pointless.

As mentioned we are short on striker options all of a sudden, we’ve gone from having four vying for one spot to having one fit striker.

Wish they would be the fake keeper injury, simple solution take an outfield player off for 30 seconds

Ban

Having thought about it, I reckon the ref shudda sent Kasey to get his hair tied up properly. You never see hair that length loose like that in the women's game.

That or stick it down the back of his shirt.. It seems Town have appealed anyway ..... like they ever take our advice eh?

If its an automatic red card for minimal contact with someone's long hair then clubs should be telling all their players that haircuts are banned and they all need to look like Haaland or Palmer going forward. If that same action was done to a player with short hair May would have still grabbed his shirt and pulled him back but it would have been a yellow, its the automatic red that's the problem.
