It's probably better to accept it now. This isn't likely to be a positive summer for us and next season is going to be a dogfight.
It's continual circles with Chansiri and his mate Paixo. One good season for Pierce Charles and we might be able to get a couple of million for him with the intention of reinvestment in the squad but then Chansiri just absorbs it whilst gaslighting the fans.

Sheffield Wednesday have denied rohls claims that his left and a spokesman said (.the new groundsman I think who runs the club now ) that Danny is under contract ...so Chansiri is going to play hard ball as usual and then Danny will leave 5 seconds before the first game ! Paterson, Musaba and Smith is a mystery.
At best I can see Paterson from the bench but Smith and Musaba being kept is daft.
Glad to see the back of Johnson, though. Completely forgot Hamer existed.
Shea Charles will smash it next season in a good Southampton squad at this level.
