I can see Mulumbu stepping in for the Cup-tied Darren Fletcher and Jonas Olsson coming in to rest Joleon Lescott.

I wonder whether Mulumbu would be risked - depends on how his hamstring is I guess. I know he was on the bench for the last few games for the DRC but I'm not sure whether this is any REAL indication of his fitness? Confused

Myhill
Gamboa
Dawson
Jonas
Pocognoli
Gardner
Morrison
Dorrans
Brunt
Sess
SB/BI

We need to keep at least one Striker back in case of injury to the other. We don't want both Strikers playing & getting injured... It would be disastrous!!.

Boing Boing

Nabi at least on the bench, Mulumbu/Gardner/both starting and some actual full-backs given a chance please.

Decent confidence for this one.

Tomorrow is a Cup game. The feel is different. I think, from what I have seen of TP on his Press Conference, that he has the nous to prepare with this in mind. The new found confidence in the team is at a fragile stage and what we need now is seizure of the opportunities that will come our way with clinical execution. Time for players to step-up and impress their team-mates with their effort levels. The big lad is out for WHU with another injury but we shouldn’t let that detract us from the job in hand and I don’t think we will. WHU are a team that we should beat on our own turf; possibly by the odd goal; but beat nevertheless. Come on You Baggies.

I see that Adrian's suspension has been rescinded just in time for this one. At this point, I'm just surprised the FA aren't going the whole hog and paying for Andy Carroll to be surgically transformed into a cyborg.

Just enough British players in this squad I hope to ensure that the remainder know how much the FA Cup means to the fans. Most have never seen the Albion in a cup final, still fewer have seen us win. Three domestic trophies up for grabs each year of which we have a realistic chance in two. This year we are down to one. 47 years of hurt.

That’s a great idea from the café culture brigade; a café sospeso. You go into a café and buy two coffee’s but drink only one; the other one is for somebody who cannot afford it. A person without money can come along later and ask if there is a sospeso going and benefit if there is. Wouldn’t it be great if we had a similar thing with football tickets? You buy your own ticket and put a few quid in to a sospeso fund for fans who can go but cannot afford it. They can then ask for a sospeso ticket, if any available, when they turn up at the ground. Too difficult to organize? Too open to abuse? Might get full attendance though…especially the club matched donations with money from the TV rights?

Similar to something I was reading last year about Jon Bon Jovi opening a restaurant in his hometown; pretty basic food on offer, but you pay whatever you can afford for your meal, and if you're absolutely skint then you can work the restaurant - washing pots, clearing tables etc - in return for food.

I wouldn't object to mowing the pitch after the match in return for a free ticket!
