RE: Crunch Time - jjamez - 21-04-2024

I'll do Wrexham at home snoots!

RE: Crunch Time - theo_luddite - 21-04-2024

Stockport - never thought I'd be going there again apart from on a train to/from Picaddilly. I could still give it a swerve and go for beers in Manchester instead.

Blackburn's keeper did us no favours this afternoon either. Doh

After the Wendies win, even beating Brum 11-0 might not be enough to save us. So much for my prediction of 7 points from 5 games would do.

RE: Crunch Time - jjamez - 22-04-2024

See Danny ward is rumoured to be being a bad apple again

RE: Crunch Time - Lord Snooty - 22-04-2024

Aye, there's all sorts of shit being thrown around on the internet. Like, Breitenreiter's going back to Germany during the week and giving players the day off.

Nagle's called that bullshit, but it would go somewhere towards explaining why he comes out with some of the nonsense he does in his interviews. Whistle

Just one game to be played and it's kicking off reet now live on TV in T'Yorksha League.

The pressure is all on L666s for this summer's braggin' reets on Bridlington Beach.
Can Boro be the spoilers and 'and the 'onours to 'ull?
We already know The Millers will be wailing into their whelks at Whitby.

Trophies to be handed out sometime after the match - depending on whether, nay when, they send me to sleep.

The final result is in and despite Boro's best efforts, The Dirties are this season's recipients of T'owd Chipped Mug, well done them. Thumb up

Plucky Rotherham receive T'owd Wooden Spoon, better luck next time lads.

RE: Crunch Time - Lord Snooty - 23-04-2024

Can anybody remember a Town side that was so bad that the crowd turned and sang You're Not Fit To Wear The Shirt?

I can't.

RE: Crunch Time - jjamez - 23-04-2024

There must have been somewhere. Must have been plenty of times where we've thought it, especially on specific players

RE: Crunch Time - WakeyTerrier - 23-04-2024

It’s been sang plenty of times over the years. Players don’t realise how bad is it because the majority of supporters vote with their feet and leave rather than wait until the end to give them stick these days
