I had the misfortune of watching the Madrid - City game last night
Apart from the officials playing Fergie time at the end of normal time but not at the end of extra time and blatantly shepherding Madrid into the final, along with all the diving and gesticulating of the players, there is no wonder that lower league teams follow the example set

It was terrible but I shed no tear for city ..they do this to other clubs on a weekly basis .

It really is a scummy tactic that seeped down the league's.
Saw the game last night too. The transparency of preferential treatment in football is silly now that ludicrous sums of money are involved.
It's impossible to not have any corruption around such money too.
