RE: The FA cup thread - Thurnscoe_OWL - 08-01-2015 most of them were picked for tv. The Arse v Hull one was daft, billed as FA cup replay and must have had the lowest viewing figures of all games showed last week. shit game as well and was always going to be because both teams are wank atm. RE: The FA cup thread - St Charles Owl - 08-01-2015 I always think the third round, and fourth to a degree, are about sharing the wealth. TV should be compelled to show games that include lower league teams at home to higher league ones, firstly because of the prospect of a shock and second because it spreads the TV appearance money down to teams who rarely get that chance!! But of course that maybe doesn't sit well with the big clubs!! RE: The FA cup thread - madsteve - 09-01-2015 All PL ties are less interesting because we see those matches every week. For me the most interesting games are teams flying high in lower divisions against struggling PL sides. RE: The FA cup thread - OvalOwl - 14-01-2015 Watching The Tractor Boys agin The Saints. The Ipswich's fans sound like us... I never felt more like singing the blues... Hark now hear.... Bradford two up agin the southern scum. RE: The FA cup thread - Thurnscoe_OWL - 14-01-2015 i watched for ten minutes. It was shit midfield "you have it, no you have it" stuff and both sets of fans were wank RE: The FA cup thread - Thurnscoe_OWL - 15-01-2015 sounded like there was about ten there RE: The FA cup thread - OvalOwl - 15-01-2015 (15-01-2015, 00:03)Imre varadi Wrote: 27, 000 there at that game ? wtf happened there ? they both have shit support ? Sensible pricing. £10, concessions at £5 and Under-16s at £3 Shame the team failed to turn up. If they had been given their offside goal it might have been a different matter. RE: The FA cup thread - madsteve - 15-01-2015 There have been some great replays this week. Wolves 3-3 Fulham (3-5 Penalties) West Ham 2-2 Everton (9-8 Penalties) Spurs 4-2 Burnley Bradford 4-0 Millwall Maybe the FA Cup is in good health. It seems Beevers started the rot by getting himself sent off after less than six minutes for denying a goalscoring opportunity. ![]() RE: The FA cup thread - St Charles Owl - 15-01-2015 How long can Hollaway last with results like that?? |
