Why have a back 3 that consists of 2 full backs - neither who have ever been particularly good defensively - at centre half?

Honestly they can employ anyone to improve this side. All it takes is 2 things.
- Change this sh1te formation
- Tell the players to put their foot on the ball rather than aimlessly hoofing it anywhere first time
That's it.
Give anyone the job, they can't do any worse.
