RE: HTFC away at Blackpool - Lord Snooty - 14-09-2021 Well that was most enjoyable. Second half in particular. We look great going forward and never really looked bothered at the back. Thomas wasn't as effective as he has been of late, but what a great team player. His free kick in the first half that for once didn't go right. What does he do? He sprinted the full length of the pitch to break up the breakaway attack. Superb! Sinani, another great performance. Hope he gets the goal he deserves on Saturday. Top performances all round. But there's always one player getting stick, no matter how many we win by. It's Danny Ward again. And I'll say it again. He's not an out and out striker. He was always better on the wing. Don't know why he's insisting on playing that position. Happy days. Eeeeeey ![]() Forgot to mention Koroma's goal. Oh what a beauty. And Pearson. Koroma catches him up in the scoring chart. Not for long, matey! ![]() RE: HTFC away at Blackpool - WakeyTerrier - 15-09-2021 Quite a poor first half and then we came out second half and looked a different team. Good finish by Koroma to open the scoring who has been struggling to recapture his for from the start of last season, that goal will do him a world of good. Good header by Pearson for the second but we did get a bit of luck with that. Danny Ward definitely blocks the keeper off but it was difficult for the official to see as Danny Ward has been playing the invisible man for over a season now. ![]() What a finish by Hogg for the third goal, wasted talent sat in the defensive midfield role ![]() RE: HTFC away at Blackpool - Lord Snooty - 15-09-2021 Apparently that was Hogg's first away goal since playing for Darlington in 2009.
