Players won't come unless as a loan to showcase their ability for next season and a different club.

If we get anyone this week I doubt they will play v Fulham or even Sheff Utd as they will be lacking football and will to get prepared.

So its this squad that counts for these to VITAL matches and I have very little faith in them winning either game. Let's face it even though we won, Wolves had numerous opportunities to stretch their lead but failed to take them - can we expect the same to happen twice again, with our history of luck.

Naturally I want to be proven wrong and we get 6 points and then kick on with two or three new players to avoid relegation on the last day. But based on the level of energy displayed these last few weeks I expect to lose to Fulham and scrape a draw at best v Sheff Utd - that's how depressed I am about things right now.

Big Grin I bet Bilic is laughing his friggin head off - sitting there with a £million or so in his pocket knowing he left a sinking ship that has more holes in it than a sieve Big Grin

Bilic is absolutely no mug by the way. That job he picked up in china is mega bucks.

I'd  like to see Villa win, and a draw between Brighton and Fulham for obvious reasons. I still have hope.

True M8, though having that money and not needing to do anything more with a poor team must    be like having caviar and champagne to him. Also seeing alli-dice doing worse than he did would be a creamer.

Manure 1 Blades 2. Looks like they will go above us after we play them. And guess who scored the winner.....

DD Sad Sad

Burnley coming from behind to beat Villa and Sheffield United winning at OT; it’s good to see that level of fight and commitment from teams at the bottom. Still, there’s always one exception......

Can Sam get the next 2 wins ? Season defining time.
Time to just go for it now.
If we give up, time to clear the decks and start building for next season.
Disappointed as I am, our recruitment team earned their P45's including Dowling. More change is needed to turn
things around.

It's actually on BBC1 2.45.
Good news for those (like me) who refuse to line Murdoch's pocket.
I might be able to comment on players' abilities, rather than rely on 5 minutes high - or low - lights!

Not very optimistic for today's game. I just think Fulham's midfield will be too good for us.

I don't think there's any permutation of players Sam could pick that would be competitive. They just have a lot more legs and quality in the middle of the park.

Hopefully I'm wrong, because a defeat at home to a relegation rival could change impact the mind of last minute additions who are umming and ahing about signing for us.

I know it's a tough window, but I really hoped we would have everyone in for this game...

Anyone know our team for to-day?
