Anyone getting a onesie this year?

Only £30. That's right, I said THIRTY POUNDS! It's £28 for a kid's one!

Or a Christmas jumper?

A snip at £30. That is correct, thirty more of your pounds!

I do love the face on this one, though!

I think we ought to have the old Town anthem "All together now" played on Saturday. It's about the Christmas Day truce and would for once, be appropriate.

I wear a pink and crinkly onesie every night Ams.  Ooooops - too much information. Blush

Wot - no Xmas Smilies yet?

Oh, found them HohohoHohoho No I'm not going to give you an Xmas flash.

As for the other stuff - things I like - I can have a beer everyday and nobody moans.

Things I don't like - songs on the radio that are supposed to be something to do with Christmas but I'm a dutch uncle if I can work out what it is.

The two best Xmas ones are by Slade and Roy Wood/Wizzard., play them all day for me.

As for the rest -

'Happy Christmas your arse
I pray God it's our last' (time of hearing them played for a long, long time)

to misquote Ms Maccoll and the ugly b'steward from the Pogues. Big Grin

Heard Just Like Christmas by Low a couple of times this year. Low?!? Madness that they're getting airplay.

Ya scumbag, ya maggot, ya cheap lousy faggot is my favourite line from the fairy tale of new York.

I'm sick of that Real Love song or whatever it's called from the John Lewis ad.

But it's a Beatles cover...

RE: The Huddersfield Town Christmas and New Year's Thread - Amelia Chaffinch - 19-12-2014

I still think the Beatles were slightly overrated.

My birthday cards are down and the Christmas tree is up. I declare Christmas officially open.
