I can only think it was an attitude thing from what I've seen off late DR has a dark side he's not all flowers and chocolates ..little clues keep coming out .
And byers doesn't look like Mr teachers pet either ...it's the only thing I can put it down too because it can't be the technical ability of byers as he has an abundance!

It's a dr signing so I'm not concerned this window is not a panic reaction like the new year one where he had no choice but to sign Pederson his only bad signing from the 3 of povada and ugbo ...left backs of any worth are not easy to find in any window let alone the panic new year one ! After what he did last season I haven't trusted a manager as way back as big Ron as much .

I’m sure there’s some element of if the first bid is acceptable then you’ve paid too much. The Thai culture is to haggle on price for pretty much everything (apart from Jordan Rhodes lol)
