Thing about Bournemouth is that for whatever they've spent.....they've just had 150 million windfall, not a bad return on 10 million quid investment!!!

They spent 30 million just to get out of League 1 Art (add their 2 years losses to their 2 years turnover). God knows what they've spent in the two seasons in the Championship so it's a bit more than any 10 million investment. They might break even (but i doubt it) depending on how mad they go up with the Prima Donna's. They don't just get that Premiership money and not spend any of it.

Bournemouth made a loss of 10.3 million in 2013-14 season , as season in which ffp stated they could only lose 8 million
makes you wonder what their 14-15 accounts will look like

I think the reason Bournemouth weren't punished in January is that they have actually reduced the losses from the previous season. Pretty certain that as long as you are going in the right direction the FL don't take action.

so basically the FA are telling clubs if you break the rules less than you did the year before we'll look the other way

Just been reading the latest propaganda...I mean news by Town about how season tickets are the best value despite all offers and I read a line about "half time draw for season ticket holder at every game"
Can anyone remember one of these draws? I know I like a pint some half times but I can't recall any half time draw for season ticket holders at all

Can't see anything in the Season Ticket renewal guff that I got about 4 weeks after I'd renewed. Might have overlooked it mind.
I think they did a draw ONCE a few seasons back but I can't remember them ever repeating it. It was around the time they were giving away all and sundry to folk that signed up as new members of this that or the other or turned up on the day for £1-£5 match tickets while giving regular season ticket holders sweet FA other than the money we 'save' by buying months before the next season starts. I mustn't have been the only one that pointed it out to them at the time and lo and behold we got a free draw. Either they are planning on bringing it back or they've got their backsides mixed up with their elbows again and they mean the usual dip into Gemma's Box half-time draw.

No, apparently they had one at half time at every home game and announced the winners who were then contacted during the week.
I can't remember any of this which could mean a number of things.
1) I'm deaf
2) the PA isn't clear enough
3) I've fallen asleep listening to Boothy talk about....Zzzzzzz
