This whole thing is dragging on and driving me mad. This coming season, we will have a great pitch but no head coach or a team to play on it!! With pre-season starting next/later this week, we have yet again let things drag on. If we're not careful, we won't have a squad which is used to each other, fit enough or tactically prepared to start the season off. Playing catch up... Arrgh!!

RE: New Manager Thread - Imre varadi - 30-06-2015

well it looks to me like its all sorted bar the coach ? i saw the other day that Harrys sidekick left Qpr is he worth a shout if cooper isnt coming ? the players will all fall in after the tour its always the case with wednesday it always has been !! although i doubt we will be rubbing our hands saying fme waddles signed 3 days before kickoff !! if we get this defender then we are still 4 short im my view and although i know i striker will be easy to find or should i say easier to fit in !! finding 3 midfielders to fit in 3 days before kickoff will have us losing games and xxxx the season up before weve even had a chance .

Don't panic (just yet !!) its just the normal summer frustration and the new regime keeping things really tight on the news front. I don't think DC will have made the investment on the pitch etc and not make things right with the team. While the SG departure might have been unplanned he's not going to make hasty decisions nor be screwed over on player fees by dodgy agents. Most good teams these days are very multinational so I've no problem with getting European or other players in as part of the business model.

Like you though I'm equally looking anxiously every day to see if this is the DAY for the big announcement(s). I'm hoping its tomorrow but think it will be WEDNESDAY but if nothing has happened by a week on Friday then I'll start getting worried a bit.

I do hope our committee is staying in touch with the news!!! Pearson's availability should definitely be explored but DC but I would expect him not to want to work within our structure nor drop to the Championship just yet.

RE: New Manager Thread - Maddix - 30-06-2015

I don't think he'd be bothered by the drop, it's the structure he won't go for.

He's probably been sacked because of his lad.

Has anyone seen the video's they are supposed to have made or know what the content was ?

Imre will be having another kid if Pearson rolls into town Laugh
