Comments or opinions from staff involved in the move will likely never be published, whether good or bad, but whilst we wait for any transfer news and next season's fixture list, moving the tables and chairs around on the deck of The Titanic will have to do.

Telly was poor last night, thankfully we have a summer of Sport in front of us.

The Euro’s, The Cricket T20 WorldCup, Wimbledon Tennis and the Olympics.

That should keep you busy until the new season kicks off again

Peter Bleksley @PeterBleksley

I am deeply disappointed not to be named in England’s provisional Euro 2024 squad, and hereby announce my retirement from international football. It’s been one heck of a ride.

I'm thinking of hanging my boots up too. I mean? He's dropped Rashford and not once come to watch my Back Garden Prima Donna League performances. Pffft.
I can kick a ball back to the neighbours kids as good as anyone round here. 6' high defensive walls, er fences and all that. At least they don't jump when you try to curl one over them.

Can't wait for the break dancing (not). Oh, and the surfing in the Pacific, just off the coast of Paris.
The Triathlon section in the Turds of The Seine might be fun though. Then again, it might be shit, but it will be French merde instead of ours.

What's the time penalty for dropping an onion? Can it be made up by eating a garlic clove?

Just realised, left back. Left back is where I can suddeny shine. He's got a shortage there has our Gareth.

Left back at home, not much different from my Sunday League days then.

Been wearing my coat for the last hour in case you are wondering. Laugh

Is their poo more chic than ours? I don't remember poo in the Seine but I don't doubt they have some.

RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 22-05-2024

It's just been cleaned. They're swimming in it for the first time. Ever?

RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 25-05-2024

Swimming dans La Seine
Jusqe swimming dans La Seine

One 'as to be 'in-Seine' to swim dans La Seine,
N'est pas? Oh! Merde!!

They forgot to allow for the shit we now pour into the Channel floating upstream.

Elsewhere - this should make the team talks on Saturday irrelevant.
