RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - WakeyTerrier - 04-09-2023 I could swear Tom was watching Town v Norwich in our stand, or it could've been Nathan...or just some random bloke who looks like them RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 04-09-2023 I'm getting a lot of "not secure" warnings about this site recently. Can't be the only one. Any road, yellow snow warnings, (don't eat it), yellow rain warnings (don't drink it). Whatever could be next - why yellow heat warnings, well why not? Will the cheese melt if left out of the fridge? https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/sep/04/uk-weather-yellow-heat-warning-across-most-of-england-as-temperatures-to-hit-32c On the other hand, you could, apparently, live/work/teach in a building with more holes in it than a Swiss Cheese. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 06-09-2023 Ex Town keeper Steve Harper in hospital..... Quote:Newcastle United is sending love and best wishes to Steve Harper and his family after the club's Academy director suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage on Monday. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 06-09-2023 Saw that on another Interweb site. If caught soon enough he'll recover OK. Jenny Gow of Radio 5 Live F1 pit lane coverage had same last year and now back working. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 06-09-2023 Yes. Saw her on breakfast tv the other day, in the hotel room. Don't usually watch breakfast tv. Watch some right rubbish when on holiday. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 06-09-2023 That said, it's not something you really want to be recovering from either. In that you don't want a stroke, not that you don't want to recover from a stroke RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 08-09-2023 (04-09-2023, 09:05)WakeyTerrier Wrote: I could swear Tom was watching Town v Norwich in our stand, or it could've been Nathan...or just some random bloke who looks like them Well Nathan's back now as part of the match day hospitality team. RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 13-09-2023 Quote:From BBC Sport: RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - theo_luddite - 17-09-2023 Someone called Holmes scored for Both Ends in the first minute yesterday. His 3rd of the season. Don't need to be called Sherlock to work out who that was. ![]() RE: Not The Town O'Clock News - Lord Snooty - 17-09-2023 It was a header. Can't have been that little lad who played for us. ![]() |
