Erm, I think not Larry. " Rangers, a football club in Scotland encountered financial difficulties during the late 2000's. The club, trading as the Rangers Football Club PLC entered administration in February 2012. It owed substantial amounts to HMRC, who subsequently refused to allow Rangers to exit administration via a CVA. The Rangers Football Club PLC was liquidated on 31 St October 2012.

The status of the Oldco is in liquidation and the Liquidators, BDO, are conducting court cases on its behalf against HMRC and Collyer Bristow.
The Oldco has not been liquidated or wound-up, for if that was the case, then it would not exist.
If it does not exist, then who (or what) are BDO acting for in the court cases against HMRC and Collyer Bristow ???
