Indeed. The three home games since the restart have been absolutely diabolical. Wigan, yeah maybe a bit rusty. Preston, at least we defended well. But today...….utter, utter shite! The worst performance I can remember.
First ten minutes we looked like we could dominate, but Luton soon realised we had no cutting edge and so just kept tight and we offered nothing. I won't go on about individuals because it was a bad team performance. Only one I can think who had a half decent game was Trev at right back. The two goals we gave away were shambolic.
I'm getting angry now, I'm gonna shut up.

Danny Cowley was “bitterly disappointed” as his Huddersfield Town side were beaten 2-0 by Luton Town at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Two second half goals condemned the Terriers to defeat against a side that’s also fighting for Sky Bet Championship safety.
When speaking after the defeat, Town’s Manager explained how frustrated he was with the performance.
“It’s a bitterly disappointing evening; it was a really big game. We did well in the last three games to put ourselves in a good position and we were hoping to find our best levels in an important game, and we didn’t do that.
“We conceded an awful goal from a set piece. It was a ball that was tossed into our box and their centre-half had a free header from about four yards out, which is unacceptable; it’s been our Achilles heel. We’ve conceded too many goals. In these games the first goal is so important.
“Offensively we didn’t create anywhere near what we’d like, there were too many players coming to the ball. There wasn’t a sharpness in our play, we didn’t move the ball quick enough, we didn’t make enough hard runs beyond the defence and consequently didn’t carry the threat we’d have liked.
“Karlan’s scored a lot of goals for us, but we can’t always rely on him. We need other people to stand up and take responsibly and we weren’t able to do that this evening.
“It was a disappointing performance and we all have to take responsibility for that.”

When we won at Brum, had we scored 6 they couldn't have complained. I'm struggling to recall 6 shots in the last 3 games, let alone on target.
That was dire. Struggling to see where the next point is coming from and the next goal.

I know he's not a very good footballer but, those few games in October when we had Diakhaby flying down the right wing were the only times this season that we had any pace in the team. We are so slow these days and have been for a long time. We need an out ball. The sideways and backwards passing is going to continue until we get some running.
