Today's news about the summer signings being moved on leads me to two conclusions:

1. We're probably going to see the same line-up throughout Christmas and New Year.

2. Even if the results are awful, the club are going to give Irvine the January transfer window at least to try and put things right.

This could get very nasty.

About the summer signings? See the Transfer Window thread.

This is the sort of game we should be winning.

Arsenal and Chelsea are fair enough (kind of) to set up for a point but if we go into the west ham game defensively we will get beat.

Based on this my team:

Foster
Gamboa-Daws-Lescott-Pocco (if fit)
Mulumbu
Varella-Sess-Sameras
Anich-Bera

For the sake of the atmosphere tomorrow i just hope West Ham don't score early on cause the fans will turn again then it becomes even harder to get back into the game, i would imagine Fat Sam is rubbing his hands tomorrow and saying exactly the same thing to his players

Ska'd's match threads are so good I am now using them as a promotional link in twitter before match days. If any of you use twitter, try doing the same as it might help entice new membership from other clubs......... I keep trying :-)

Foster
Wisdom - Dawson - Lescott - Baird
Gardner - Dorrans - Brunt

Small consolation that Varela and Ideye are on the bench, he won't use them though.

I usually find a decent one amongst these Beefy http://www.wiziwig.tv/broadcast.php?matchid=293061&part=sports

Although there's a documentary on the drying qualities of paint on one of the Discovery channels that you might find more exciting and entertaining to watch Doh
