RE: Romelu Lukaku - Arcane Astral Aeons - 19-09-2019 this VIRUS and that`s what it is will never be eradicated unless the relevant football unions across Europe clamp down on it. and as yet they(whatever country) are refusing to believe they have a racist issue within their leagues Italy needs to sort out it`s crap seems more prevalent in that league than most IMHO it`s never going to go away unless these leagues sort out the shite RE: Romelu Lukaku - WBA-Josh - 03-11-2019 More racism in Italian football. This time it was aimed at Mario Balotelli, an Italian himself, by Hellas Verona supporters. Balotelli plays for Brescia and he walked off the pitch which halted the match. He then returned to the pitch and later on scored in the 85th minute. RE: Romelu Lukaku - WBA-Josh - 17-12-2019 Italian football back in the news for the wrong reasons. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/amp/football/50814275?__twitter_impression=true RE: Romelu Lukaku - Dingle-Dingle - 17-12-2019 Un Fookin Believable DD ![]() ![]() RE: Romelu Lukaku - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 17-12-2019 To be fair (for anyone who only glanced at the headline and didn't read the article in full), the artist's explanation of his logic and intent is actually pretty sound: he wanted to highlight that we are, ultimately, all primates. In an art gallery it would be absolutely fine. But if you're a football body running an official anti-racism campaign in a country where monkey-chants at black players are endemic, it's totally the wrong imagery to be using. |
