RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - Ska'dForLife-WBA - 17-08-2019 Luton's first home defeat since March 2018. I knew this was a tough place to go, but hadn't realised just how tough. Good win in the circumstances, have to try and build on it come Wednesday night. RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - betterthanbaird - 17-08-2019 Good result, Luton won't lose many home games. Those of you who saw the game, how good did Diangana look? I suspect he'll get a start in the week against Reading. RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - Baggie_One - 17-08-2019 Just watched the goals What the hell was johnstone doing? Good header but no reaction times RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - WBA-Josh - 18-08-2019 Didn’t watch or listen to the match because of work but I’ve seen the small highlights on Luton’s YouTube page and I like what I see of the midfield in the second half especially with Diangana on the left side. I thought we’d signed him for the right side given that where he’s played for West Ham but the left side looks good with him playing narrow and Gibbs overlapping. I think our best 11 currently going forward is: Johnstone
Ferguson - Ajayi - Bartley - Gibbs Livermore - Sawyers Phillips - Krovinovic - Diangana Austin With Pereira and Edwards pushing Phillips and Diangana and Zohore and Austin being switched in and out of the team so they’re both kept match fit. RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - Beefy 1965 - 18-08-2019 What's happened to Willock or whatever his name is ? No axe to grind with Jones, but I am disappointed with his comments, which also included, “Looking at the first half, if you'd thought one of the two sides was an ex-Premier League side, you'd have said it was us. "We dominated the ball in the first 45 minutes. We showed in that first half that we're good enough. "But we dropped off and gave them the space. And Diangana then made a difference for West Brom. "You earn the right to score and they did with their intent when they put him on. But West Brom didn't score two goals. We gave them two goals." Additionally, stats after the first 20 minutes or so would suggest we were in control with 62% against their 38% After the first 20 mins !!! Someone tell him it's the stats after 90 FFS Someone tell Diagana they gave him his 20 yard thunderbolt and diving header, Oh and then tell him we gave them thier goal from a free header inside the six yard box !!!! RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - Blue Baggie - 18-08-2019 A fantastic 3 points, going behind and winning away is a great result. Still some errors and basics not right. Take the points when your not 100% is always encouraging sign. RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - Northwalesbaggie - 20-08-2019 Prutton ( Sky Sports ) predicts a win for Reading tomorrow against us. They did beat Cardiff on Sunday comfortably. Hopefully they are tired & we will win ![]() RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - WBA-Josh - 21-08-2019 Johnstone
Furlong - Ajayi - Bartley - Gibbs Sawyers - Livermore Phillips - Krovinovic - Diangana Austin Subs - Bond, O’Shea, Townsend, Brunt, Pereira, Edwards, Zohore Field and Leko both playing for Charlton. RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - Baggie_One - 21-08-2019 Sam Johnstone’s just stands still Losing Kenneth penalty RE: WBA vs Luton & Reading - talkSAFT - 21-08-2019 Zohore!!!!!!!!!!!!
