RE: Blackburn v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Washington - 30-11-2018

When I was there for the Norwich game I thought, after saving the dubious penalty that they would get a lift. TBF they did compete for the first half but after they conceded in the second it all went to sh** and they looked clueless and lost.
BB was handing out rollockings and trying to get things going. But as Maddix has said multiple times while we constantly insist on giving him the ball every time we win it back it just slows things down. The crowd is constantly gasping and going ffs since rather than a quick counter attack it finishes going back to Lees to Dawson who kept hoofing it back to them or into touch.
I know some have called for Onomah to come in but in that game he was careless and looked disinterested. Some of that might be related to the tactics Jos insists on but likely not since  the Villa fans said he blew hot and cold for them too.

Lets all hope for an early xmas present that we can stick to some semblance of a constant side and tactics and just see how it goes.  If I was the coach I'd be going back to where we won the 3 in a row and looking for reasons why things worked in those games and try to repeat them.

Probably another away 0-0 this weekend   Doh

RE: Blackburn v The Owls SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 30-11-2018

when we didn't have bannan last season Jos played Reach who was player of the season ( not hard I say but ) and Clare who for me personaly made us go forward and look better . He also sussed out Butterfield Jones wallace and later on Boyd in this time , which for me was progress at last ! Then bannan came back and yes is a better footballer than all above even reach ! And he fooled us and Jos that we had been missing him.when the facts are we were progressing without him quite well we just needed chansiri to buy us a new midfielder or midfielders ? And it didn't happen. . so Jos had to build yet another season around Bannan who should have been culled along time ago! It all goes to systems aswell and we obviously don't have even a clue what this means. I mean you've got the West Ham way the Spurs way Barcelona etc etc most teams have an identity or system in place yet we don't have anyone to remotely even discuss this ? It's 2018 and we are still getting over the last xxxx up of the 90s ffs ! Mandy was making progress it's a pity he was ready for retirement so soon after sorting us out. And while his intentions were good selling on to chansiri it has turned out to be the biggest mistake since back in the 90s when we made one every other week . We as a club have gone backwards as is obvious ! But the problem is we won't go forwards Becuase we have no structure nowhere and we quite frankly have a stupid stupid chairman who burrys his head in the sand and when shouted at throws a tantrum. which his is culture all along that's why Thai football is so good I imagine ffs !
New chairman
New systems
New manager
Ground !kit!website!staff! the lot effing lot it's time for a Mandy type clear out we need someone with balls to come in and chop the effing lot to pieces ....rant over .

? JL: We must change Ash Baker for this game but Liam Palmer is in a good physical shape and must take his chance in the team tomorrow #swfcLIVE

Wheres the bullets ffs !

? JL: We will see after today’s training whether Steven Fletcher will be available for tomorrow. He received a head injury and felt dizzy, we will see if he is 100% in training today #swfcLIVE

Well he would do wouldnt he1 hes played more than 5 games this season !

lee is now to undergo surgey for his knee ... such a shame because his contract runs out at the end of the season and unless a miracle happens we cant renew it ! Then as is our luck he will go on and play 300 games without flinching for another club Whistle

Away from the first team troubles, our U18s have won again this morning, 3-1 at home v Hull. It was there 10th win out of 15 played with just 1 defeat.

Well Done Lads Thumb up
