Still last on MOTD!

Thought we were great today. Even though they got their act together a bit more second half we still looked like we could win it. Hadergonads is still looking a bit of a liability at times but he did well dropping to ball off to Mooy etc. from the wing rather than pushing for the corner.

Pritchard's shot must've brushed the defender's sock. Put it down as an own goal then. Whistle

A damned good performance, the lads ran themselves ragged in a lung busting effort to win that one. Some calmer finishing and we would have done. Both keepers made good saves in one on one situations and for once, Lossl wasn't the busiest of the two keepers.

Keep this way of playing up and sooner or later we're going to batter someone. I'd love it, absolutely love it, if it was a certain club about 3 miles due south of my house that cops for it.

I wan't expecting to see this set of stats before we kicked off.  Thumb up

Mounie has been copping a bit of flack on Twitter. Yeah he could've done better with his one on one but overall I think it was one of his best games for us. Won every ball in the air. Played an assist for the goal. Had a great header saved early on.
No complaints from me.

Don't know where that toe rag Snodgrass was going last night. He didn't get on the coach after the match, he was in our Costa.
Might've had a liaison with Fartown Zoe? Rolleyes Whistle Big Grin

Some numpties that call themselves Town fans need to wake up and smell the coffee. Yesterday's performance was night and day better than either display against West Ham last season. They'd have a chance of smelling it if they stopped sticking their head up their own backside.

Our best performance by far this season, we needed that 2nd goal before HT which may not have been enough to win it as W Ham came on strong 2nd half. Mooy's goal line clearance was superb and we were lucky with the flick on header that was inches wide, I'm sure the gobbing off at Snoddy spurned him on to deliver the ball on a sixpence. Then we have chances and it ends evens and we're all happy and encouraged.

You could tell how quiet the away support was 1st half how much we were on top , they were shocked how we got at them and only livened up when their team found a 2nd gear and gave them hope.

Typically the other results going against us, I'm not too worried about that, its our performances and the home fixtures that will determine our season and the sane folk amongst us would have snapped your hand off for 4 points in a week.

Waggers blind loyalty in sending Mbenza on again - great encouragment if you're the player, but he didnt deserve that chance after the Fulham cameo and neither did he do much of anything yesterday - a real disappointment.

A bit of Marbella sun coming the squads way now so lets see how we set up and handle the Dog Heads couldron in a fortnights time when the big guns return from International duty - anyone going ?

Great effort by the team on Saturday and if we had a finisher we would have taken all three points at the end.

Not off to Wolves, decided Budapest was a better place to spend my weekend than Wolverhampton

Lowe will be out until "around December".

A bit vague. He's gonna miss one match or a load of matches. Huh

Having seen both, if you are anywhere near the river, I have to agree with you.
