Anyway I think the Championship is going to be good for us fans as well as the club. For us fans West Bromwich Albion isn’t the same club that it was 8-10 years ago. The days of entertaining football and excitement vanished as soon as Premier League football took precedent. Now the club can hopefully have a fresh start and refresh of it’s mentality. Based on what Mark Jenkins said a few weeks ago, the future could be exciting.

Thank you for the greeting themaclad. I have always enjoyed the championship I do like the 'real' football, no players falling holding their faces because someone trod on their toe. No players falling over from the wind of another running past them. The Yak is going to thrive in this league, if he stays, he might find it strange to get as good as he gives though.

The refs are for a discription i like to use a lot DOGSHIT 
but on the whole we were only robbed of 5pts last season which didnt make a difference to the season before when we got robbed 8pts .. o yes we have a thread on this !! cheating EFL refs .. might be a good idea to one one up youreslf just to keep count and another point i made yesterday on a different thread is do not whatever you do think you can beat teams 1-0 in this league it rarely happens and you will just set yourself up for that 98th draw you have to at all cost get 2 infront or you might find the season slipping away before its even started

My youngest and I had a great day at Preston last time we were in the Championship. It was a boring 0-0 draw but good friendly folk. Only disappointment was that the museum was closed after the game finished; we wouldn’t have minded but it was a lunchtime kickoff
