I heard this months ago,so why did the club not come out and say so back then  ? # baffled !!

James Morrison ruled out for rest of the season and his #wba contract is up in summer - but Darren Moore hopes he hasn’t played his last game for the Albion https://t.co/hThUT6QNKx

They never said that he had ruptured his Achilles at the time. I did the same thing 2 years ago, had surgery 18 months ago and still walk with a limp! He's 30 years younger than me but I know what he's been through and he'll be really lucky if he plays like he did before but I think he's a great player and wish him all the luck in the world Smile

All hindsight, obviously, but what a bloody shame we left it a coupla weeks too late before turning to Big Dave

This is fantastic and rediculous in equal measure.

The players have decided to play for the manager but refused to with previous - they annoy me as they have killed our Premier place.

Pardew and Pulis should be ashamed that a man with no previous management skills has made such an impact.

The club at all levels have let us down.

At least we go down with grace and have potential (subject to manager and players) to come straight back up.

Great win, may obviously be too late but it still leaves that window open for a miracle!!! Complex set of results needed with Swansea still to play Soton and Stoke, but it is still possible!!

Didn't realise those were Swansea's fixtures , It doesn't seem quite so possible again now,

Not sure whether to laugh or cry Confused

Beefy, it's worse, after today Swansea have to play three games, Bournemouth, midweek against Southampton then finish with Stoke .....

Southampton also have three, Everton away, Swansea away and man city

Stoke have two, palace home, Swansea away

So we have to beat Tottenham and palace and hope that Swansea lose to Bournemouth, draw with saints and lose to Stoke 34pts, hope that saints lose to Everton, draw with Swansea and lose to man city, 33pts and hope Stoke lose to palace and beat Swansea, 33pts ...... that would come down to our goal difference Vs Swansea's, and we would stay up. Ours is currently -24, improved by two wins, Swansea currently -25, made worse by three defeats ....

As you can see ..... very slim chance.

I think i have worked this out right

We win all.
Swansea lose 2 draw 1
Stoke beat swansea but lose their others.
Southampton beat Swansea but lose their others.

It's a tall ask and one that's not likely to happen, so the only real thing we can aim for is to not finish bottom. I'd actually love to finish above stoke as we'd finish as the highest placed Midlands team one final time. And to finish above Southampton to make up for the cup loss.
