Comfortable enough, but FatSam's got Rooney and Davies on his bench. Could be a more difficult 2nd half.

Let’s do for Big C.

Would you take a draw now (52mins)?

Looks like a broken ankle (?)McCarthy. Fair play to Rondon who looks really upset

Possibly a double leg break for James McCarthy.

Bollockssssssssssss 69 mins 1-1

Decent result v a poor Everton. Rondon had an eventful game - nearly scored about 4.

A good point to keep things moving forward. We still lack quality playing through the pitch but it's still a major improvement to how it was under the previous coaching staff.

Big cup tie next Saturday. Whether we win or lose, I expect a good performance and the players to put up a good fight. I'll be in Berlin over the weekend but I should still should be able to watch it.

I’m sure we would have settled for 1-1 at 3pm

Whistle

Only followed via text but seems like we were comfortable and maybe even deserved to win?
I'm not sure I ever agree about playing "a poor Everton (or whoever) side" - every team in the PL - particularly the established ones - are capable of playing good effective football IF YOU LET THEM!
Stats also point to a huge post Pulis improvement - 43% possession (would guess that'd be about 25% under TP) and 15 shots against their 9.
Good point in my book - shame twas not 3 but there ya go

Don't believe I'm saying this but that's twice we have let Everton off the hook.

We're starting to look like a football team again which bodes well for the remainder of the season.

Thought That Was A Very Positive Performance
Ok So It Was Only A Point But A Point Is Better Than Non
Thought The Injury To McCarthy Affected Us More Than Everton
Hope Rondon Can Re Focus Was One Of Those That No One Can Be Blamed

Looked A Bad One
Just Hope McCarthy Is Ok Although Double Leg Break Ain`t Good
Wish The Guy A Speedy Recovery

As I Said A Point Is A Point

Onwards And Upwards
