It’s gotta be Bye Bye Pulis. Three CDMs again which for once is understandable and we still can’t defend. Pulis has lost the players, lost the fans and hopefully loses his job. The board have also got a lot to answer for by sticking by him for so long.

Said it on an earlier post, if we wait until after the spuds game it will be too late. In fact it is already too late, if wet sham get a result tomorrow we're in the relegation zone and I don't see us getting out.

Very poor performance from everyone in front of the owner and it surely has to be it for Tony Pulis and his coaching staff. The club needs a reinvorgaration and a new coaching staff with fresh ideas will give us that.

For me it has to be Ronald Koeman in but I expect it to be Sam Allardyce or Alan Pardew.

Any of those 3 would do. I know Big Sam defends as well but he also attacks well. Pardew is a decent manager. Only problem with Koeman is he’s a strict un and may not be what’s required at the minute.

The players need lifting and let off the leash and us fans need some entertainment and excitement.

The problem with Koeman might be the amount of change he would make with regards to change of style, formation and tactics. Big Sam and Pardew might be able to get you going with just a few changes, and that might see you pick up points quicker.

The run of poor form has gone on for so long that the club MUST have a shortlist of alternatives in mind.
I'd be truly amazed if TP is still in charge come Monday.

Unfortunately I do not think the board will have the balls to get rid of Pulis. I hope I am wrong.

Not sure who I want to replace Pulis but I think we need somebody with Premiership experience so wondering whether a Shakespeare/Appleton partnership would work. Maybe Martin O'Niell.
