If TP is still in charge you'll be fine, there will be 27000 tickets available.

Laugh Oh he'll be long gone by then, surely. He must be on borrowed time.

Is it 10%?

I'm just going from memory so the number probably isn't 100% accurate, but I think the away allocation the in Smethwick End is about 2,700 if the full allocation is taken.

Returning the favor on Pub recommendations, you can't go far wrong with The Vine. Excellent Indian curries and barbecue on Roebuck St, about a 20 minute walk to the ground or a short hop on the metro if you don't fancy walking.

However the fanzone we have running directly over the road from the Halfords Lane is decent to watch the early kickoff on the big screen and have some food and drink.

Failing that you won't go far wrong having an explore round the pubs in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham and the tram from there will get you directly to the Hawthorns as well.

We are staying at a premier inn out of town. I like the decent rates if you book early. I like a bargain. So may not be going into Birmingham but good tip for the next day. Thumb up

You're welcome Amelia!

Good call on the Premier Inn - can't beat their Hypnos mattresses! Combine that mattress with watching some text book Pulis ball you'll sleep like a baby!  Laugh

And for an extra tenner, Lenny Henry will do your room service.

A tenner? That's a third of the room rate!

Most Away fans converge on the Royal Oak, Handsworth, because the Coaches park round the corner in Middlemore Road.
It's on the Holyhead Road (A41 away from the Ground towards B'ham). 5 minute walk to the Ground.
