All the ingredients are there for an offence of ' affray ' . The video evidence and the comments made by the bouncer as to Stokes behaviour proir to the fight whould normally have been damming .
Anyone else would have been potted . Stokes high profile and the press coverage just sensationalised a run~of~the mill case which was never going to be dealt with normally .
