Foster
Dawson, Hegazi, Evans, Gibbs
Barry, Krycowviak, Morrison, Phillips, Brunt
Rodriguez

subs: Myhill, Nyom, Yacob, McClean, GMac, HRK, Rondon

I like it!! No Livermore. Maybe unfit? But I'd leave him out anyway.

Back to a 4-2-3-1 formation (which sometimes becomes a 4-1-4-1 out of possession depending on whether we press West Ham or sit back) which we used last season in November and December when our play started to click. Inverted wingers with Brunt on the right wing and Phillips on the left with Morrison behind the more mobile Rodriguez.

Watching the game here in sunny Mons, Belgium. I hope we can get a good win.

Well missed the first 10 minutes or so and by 38 minutes the only players I was certain were playing were Dawson, Evans, Hengazi, Gibbs and Phillips Sad

How bad is this 70 mins in and not one shot on target, in fact I can't remember one shot full stop.

RE: WBA vs West Ham - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 16-09-2017

I think Gibbs' 1st half volley was on-target, but what an average show from Albion. We didn't even get more than a couple of corners for our goal supply!
Another 2 pts down the drain.
MoM Gareth Barry.

87 minutes before our only shot on goal at home against the sham, what a disgrace!! The commentator summed it up by giving man of the match to a ball boy for a pass to Dawson to take a throw in. Awful TP replacing Gibbs with Nyom again, Gibbs was playing well, far better than Dawson today IMO.

I think the only things we can say about that is Albion didn't lose, but the paying customers probably did.

Was that in the first 10 mins as I missed that, but the commentators are saying only 1 shot on target as well.

Gibbs was subbed ?
Jesus hope he picked up a slight knock or something or our only LB might be left back in the changing rooms Doh

I said last week the Buck stops with TP now he has the players he wants if things dont change soon I can see the natives getting restless Angry

Yes, Salop - early effort. Shan't be staying up to watch it tonight. West Ham were the best side.
