Watford 0-6 Manchester City - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41210048
This could easily happen to us and more than once.

Clever editing by MOTD made it look an even match. The commentator even said the words "wave after wave of Huddersfield attacks" just before half time. They showed two of them.
I thought the penalty was a dive, but having seen the replay, I was wrong. The offside goal though, I can see why the liner gave it. Not because his right foot was offside, but because in real time it looked it. Linesmen don't have split screen timing in their eyeballs. I didn't think Kachunga touched it at the time. I'm sat directly behind Zanka's shot and I thought it went straight in.

It's the liners full time job to spot these things Snoots. The blind mouse on our side of the pitch consistently got it wrong. He didn't know the difference between stood offside when it was kicked and when it was received. If its your full time job and the one you train for week in week out then I would expect both a keen eye and a rudimentary knowledge of the offside law.

If players can be banned retrospectively, why can't goals incorrectly disallowed be chalked back in retrospectively? Can of worms? Absolutely, but every other major sport has an immediate review of these things now, except 18th Century football.

Yeah but with replays and such, would the goal still have been chalked off because Kachunga's right foot was offside. I don't know whether that counts or not. In my eyes, he's level, which is onside. Sky were saying he was offside because of this stray yellow boot.

I think everyone has to be chuffed with that performance yesterday following our limited effort at Whammers on Monday evening.

Glennon suprised me when he said on RL after we only tested Schmeical 3 times, it seemed we bombarded them at times.

Down here in Fox land border country their fans appear on the whole impressed by our display, the atmosphere created but feel they should have had a 2nd ( of 3) penalty and how Vardy missed Mahrez's driven cross - could and should have given a very harsh scoreline on the day.

Same again next week at Burnalee expecting more of a championship style slug fest. Got myself invited in their corporate area so look out for the chap getting dragged out for being over jubilant and upsetting the locals.

I have managed to wangle it to make the trip (via Kent) to Palarse on Tuesday and hope to see a completely different 11 competing for places in front of 8000 - do we want to progress??.

Special mention to the big beast up front, Williams was immense in midfield and Sabiri will improve with game time and know how/

Well having had time to digest it over the weekend, it's still tough to take. The pen is probably a pen but Andy King dives after the contact has been made. The contact is not enough to bring him down but once he does and the linesman flags, Moss hasn't got a choice. I think in the Championship, a lot of refs wouldn't have given that. Both linesman basically cost us that win on Saturday. They were completely incompetent. As for the Kachunga 'goal', the offside rule needs to be completely rewritten. Because his sock was offside, that means he is as well. Benefit of the doubt should be given to the attacker and this who has or hasn't interfered with play needs stopping as well. If any player is offside, he's offside. You can tell how many games they won playing like that. Sucker-punching teams generally not playing very well but getting 3 points anyway. Williams was a beast as was Depoitre and Sabiri linked up really well with both him and the wide-men. We looked balanced and dangerous. Kachunga back to his best and it was between him and Williams for MOTM for me. He really epitomises what it means to fight and bleed for the shirt. Would like to see him given more leadership responsibility as I think that would help him develop even more. Schindler was on a different planet defensively once again. Antonio clearly rattled Lowe and he dived in on more than one occasion including for the pen. He was clearly trying too hard to correct his previous performance but someone just needs to tell him to calm down a bit and he'll be back to his best. Would like to see Malone and Flo given their debuts tomorrow and keep the momentum going.
