Well it wasnt too convincing but I will take a point and a clean sheet after we yet again went down to 10 men .The two new lads on the left did well and look just what weve been missing .
Again Tommy pulled off a worldie which Anyon wouldnt have got anywhere near .Worryingly in the post match interview Caldwell suggested we had two quality keepers competing for the jersey.No Gary, keep thinking like that and you will lose your job,lets just hope Tommy doesnt get injured.
O G was poor today and Ugwu did well when he came on to suggest he might start next game although I doubt it .Weir isn't convincing for me ,he gives the ball away too much and is always liable to get a booking as he struggles to keep up with the game ,another unconvincing signing.
Reed was poor second half ,whether he tired Im not sure but we cannot afford to carry these two players ,Id put Mccourt in and as for Sinnott ,although somewhat of a luxury player, didnt deserve to be on the bench .Geronimo didnt get much chance to show his ability.Flores played well until his head injury which seemed to kmock him out of his stride.I'll state again we are missing Rowley.
The best outfield players for me were Wiseman,who had his best game yet and Jules who didnt really put a foot wrong .
Overall a poor game ,Robin's teams aren't easy on the eye but Id say it was a fair result.

Thanks Pooch, you answered most of the questions I asked on the other thread. I too worry about a midfielder persistently giving away fouls. Suggests he is just off the pace and that isn't good.
