RE: Yam Yam's v Town - Muddled England Thread Part 1 - WakeyTerrier - 25-04-2017

We should be playing without pressure, what ever happens between now and and the end of the season we are guaranteed our highest league position in the 2nd tier of English football since 1969/70 season...a whopping 47years ago. This is something we should be thankful for(I'm not saying anyone on here isn't)
If results go against us then so be it, but the togetherness(is that even a word) and the spirit of the board, coaching staff, players and last but not least the supporters is something that we should all celebrate come the end of the season no matter if that's at home to Cardiff(I doubt it) the second leg of the play offs(hopefully not) or a Wembley defeat/win

Keep the Faith, onwards and upwards UTT!

Tell you what - it's bloody cold down here this afternoon - we're gonna need a good display to keep us warm tonight.

The news from down here.

http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/wolverhampton-wanderers-fc/2017/04/24/paul-lambert-no-regrets-about-wolves-team-selection/

There is talk of Costa coming back for Wolves on other sites but there's bog all on the Express and Star site other than a 5 day old report.

This story isn't going down too well though Smile

Job done, well done lads!

Hopefully no moaning about the last 2 games from certain sections of the Town support, they're free hits as far as I'm concerned. Home in the first or second leg doesn't bother me as its two games and who can handle the pressure. Start rotating the players about give everyone a run out/rest

Amazing result, amazing season. Was at 'Boro the night we clinched promotion in '70. Have to admit in recent years I've despaired that we'd get anywhere near the top. Great club, great manager, great chairman, great bunch of lads, great fans who've bought into it all, great night. I am dead chuffed. UTT!
