Apparently Everton were watching Rowley on Saturday.

RE: Yest - Dancingwilldoit - 12-04-2017

Maybe they will give us Barkley in exchange.

RE: Yest - Devongone - 12-04-2017

At least Everton put some young players in their team, but for every Rooney, Barkley and Davies there are loads who don't even achieve Jose-Baxterdom wandering the lower leagues in search of the best nite-spots. The big clubs are just an impersonal mining process panning for infinitely tiny glints of gold and sieving out the rest onto what they think are the slurry tips of proper jobs and non-league football come Saturday.

Let the lad get a year on his back playing games. Look what this kind of attention did for Tendayi Darikwa. One week he was Man Utd's new winger the next he was an out-of-form full back messing up a Division 2 overlap.

I honestly think ,despite only seeing him twice,Rowley can make it to a high level if he keeps his feet on the ground ,but then again I thought Darikwa would be more of a success than Clucas.
Young Joe looks like he has played for years and that has to be a good sign .Its not very often I get excited about seeing players but I'm excited about this lad.
Happy birthday to Gary Caldwell ,who at 35 must be the youngest manager in the league but I reckon Matt will know for sure .

Don't know who is the youngest manager in L1 or even in the whole of the football league.

RE: Yest - St Charles Owl - 12-04-2017

He is the youngest in L1, but there are 2 younger than him in L2 - Darren Saril at Stevenage and Kevin Nolan at Notts County.
