Sky and I would say the whole of the media is focused on the big clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City. The media are focused on the Premier League in general and ignore the fact that there is another 3 divisions in the Football League as they solely talk about the Premier League like that is all that matters. Clubs in the Championship do get coverage on Sky but L1 and L2 hardly get any coverage whatsoever they may get 1 or maybe 2 games televised a season but mainly we get 10 seconds of highlights shown on the BBC every Saturday night and that's it unless there is an international break then they show no coverage on the BBC whatsoever.

I would say Sky and the Premier League are ruining English football. Football fans are supporting teams who they have no affiliation with e.g. A person living in London who supports Manchester United instead of a local team lets say Charlton and they've probably never set foot in Manchester let alone Old Trafford but they will buy the shirts and the Sky sports package and sit down in there favourite armchair and watch the game in the comfort of there own home and spout rubbish on social networking sites and forums and then laugh and take the mickey out of someone who supports there local team and goes home and away. This is why people dislike Manchester United and its fans because they jump on the bandwagon when they are doing well but desert them when they have a poor season or two.

100% agree Thumb up We (West Brom) are a relatively sizeable club in the bigger picture of the whole of English football, a Premier League club with a proud history, wait until match day when we are playing one of the top 6 and search "West Brom" on Twitter and the level of disrespect from plastic "fans" who know little-to-nothing about football outside of the top 6 is unbelievable. I hate glory-hunters with a passion and the ones who look down on other clubs who don't even have a chance of challenging for titles due to the greed league make my blood boil. I cant imagine what it must be like supporting a team in league 1/2 who most of these plastics have never even heard of. Give me a Wolves fan any day over those pricks.

I have seen them on twitter tweeting about clubs and how disrespectful they are especially to lower league and how it must be rubbish football etc. When you look at the Premier League there's only 6 teams who are capable of challenging the title that's due to them having rich owners and injecting lots of money into the club to buy the top players and you could say the rest of the teams in the league make up the numbers. If all the teams in the Premier League have a set cap on how much you can spend in the transfer windows then you would see some surprises with teams like Southampton, West Ham and even yourselves West Brom up near the top of the table. When you look back at league tables back in the 70s and 80s there was a different winner of the league every year, Derby, Forest, Leeds, Liverpool, even Wolves.

Most Plastics have heard of L1 and L2 teams as they probably live in the same town as them but choose not to support, which IMO is wrong.
