RE: As I feared ........ - Stairs - 07-09-2016 I don't having any positive feelings towards Berahino. I am confident that when the truth comes out, if it does, we will find that it is agent fueled, money driven, youthful arrogance added with a touch of isolation as most of the players surely have loathed him and his attitude towards them and the club for over a year. We have played a season without any real contribution from him and so he is no longer a player we miss - He does not exist. I expect we will profit from his sale. Once the new ownership has been cleared and we have freedom to spend I am sure we will offer him up for sale ,in January, and when we do I am sure that, even his greedy little fat arse, would prefer to escape this saga and get back to playing football again. We'll bag about £20-25m. But if there is truth in this rumour and he aims to screw us over in the summer then, as £800k is nothing in footballing terms, I'd not select him in any form of football for West Brom. I'd tell him he cannot play anywhere else whilst under our contract and I'd let him rot. It's not as if we will miss him. He's not put a shift in for over a season and any of our U21 strikers will outplay him at the moment. Plus they'd be proud to wear the shirt. I am happy to see him get fatter still, fade away and not be in the public eye for possible suitors to watch. Whoever he then plays for will have to work hard on getting him back to match fit. If he dare play against us in the next few seasons we can set Yacob and Morrison on him - I am sure they'd be happy to take a red card and become a club legend. RE: As I feared ........ - 4evaabaggie - 07-09-2016 Stairs, my sentiments exactly ...... let him nowhere near the club or training ground, do not let him play or train with any other club, fame is fleeting, out of sight out of mind. ....... imho he has deliberately missed penalties, open goals and other chances in an attempt to harm the club and force his way out .... let's let him out ........ out in the cold, it's a lonely place, alone with his thought ...... singular. Greed greed greed greed .......... |
