I don't think anyone should be to upset by the playoffs,
How many years has this structure been in place now anyway ?
Everyone knows the rules to start with, the one just outside automatic have to take part in the playoffs,
No sympathy from me the rules are what they are .... rules

I don't like the unfairness of the play offs either I can see the advantages and plus points ....... and as said earlier .... We benefited big time in 93, beaten home and away by Port Vale, finished eight points behind them in fourth spot I believe, then had a great day out where we owned Wembley with 80% of the 50k plus crowd ....... beat them 3-0. We went from strength to strength and are now in the top thirty list of richest clubs in the world ....... I hate the premier league but the money is there.
St Charles is Dave still holding on in there ...... I hope you get promoted so he can enjoy before his illness wins.

Madsteve is still with us, got his playoff final ticket, I am still scrambling for one but booked the flight from San Francisco yesterday so just praying I can get one!! Steve has also bought a season ticket for next year as well, so he ain't giving up!!!

i hate the feffing thing !! and so far we are 100% at them but i realy dont want to be on a life support machine win or lose next saturday and i say get rid of them and have the 3 up 3 down system again !!

Strange I was just thinking about Steve too.
Sheffield Wednesday's success thus far must have given a real boost to this brave lad's fight against the big C.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if his beloved team got promoted to the Prem before Steve's brave battle is finally lost.

Wednesday will be taking Villa's spot next season, and they should do ok if they can get Neil Warnock in as Manager.
