RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - BaggieMan - 08-04-2016 Quite frankly I have given up caring. I despair for our future under this clown and to think there's a rumour that JP is going to offer him a new contract is beyond belief. After a lifetime of supporting and watching West Bromwich Albion it may be time to call it a day until such time we once again become the club I have loved for so many, many years. ![]() RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - 4evaabaggie - 08-04-2016 (08-04-2016, 15:59)4evaabaggie Wrote:Sorry Val ..... should have read don't wish that on Val.(08-04-2016, 14:46)Tibby Baggie Wrote: Any chance we can lock Rainbow in the studio with you for this weekend, Val? RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - aries22 - 09-04-2016 I will be watching this game in Cape Town. City will win the toss and elect to kick off. They will score directly from the kick-off and the score will remain 1-0 until such time as the referee abandons the game, and the referee will abandon the game because Albion won't even turn up. I think someone did the math last week and counted seven games in which Albion have failed to register a shot on target this season. This week, there will only be eleven players on the pitch, and one tap-in on target will win it. And then we can all get on with drinking our beers. RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - Stairs - 09-04-2016 Cape Town is a lovely place Aries. Enjoy it and avoid tuning in to the match. It's not going one way. That said I too will put £2 on an Albion win. Close my eyes and check the results later. Have more interest in Norwich, Sunderland, Newcastle and Villa results at the moment (am in South Shields all weekend) RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - Salopbaggie - 09-04-2016 A bit of a boost for us, Pellegrini has confirmed that Raheem Sterling, David Silva and Vincent Kompany will not take any part today and Toure is unlikly to start. Not sure how much this will help when the City Bench is probably stronger than our first team. RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - betterthanbaird - 09-04-2016 McLean and Sess in for Yacob and Gardner, so we actually have some attacking ambition in midifield, which is nice. Leko on the bench again, Lambert isn't, is he injured? RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - Tibby Baggie - 09-04-2016 #WBA team v @MCFC: Foster; Chester, Evans, McClean, Berahino, McAuley, Fletcher, Dawson, Sessegnon, Sandro, Rondon. #WBA subs v @MCFC: Myhill; Olsson, Yacob, Gardner, Anichebe, McManaman, Leko. It's a selection that doesn't scream no shots on target - hopeful of a good game now and currently watching Crystal Palace v Norwich hoping for a Norwich equalizer! RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - drewks - 09-04-2016 Yacob sub?? RE: Man City vs WBA - Match Thread - Salopbaggie - 09-04-2016 (09-04-2016, 17:47)drewks Wrote: Yacob sub?? My thought exactly drewks, if there was ever a game when you need him in there to break up play, its this one. Only logic I can think of is TP is trying to protect him from the 10th yellow card. |
