Yes. The idea of donating is a brilliant one, but like you say, wait until the first 10,000 have gone and see what deal comes up next. I'm sure it will be extended after the initial lot is sold out.

i just know there's a mum or dad looking at those prices thinking "finally i can take the kids to every game" i dont want to rob a family of real fans that opportunity

Top idea guys, I only wish I could contribute but what with the Euro's being this summer I'm a bit skint. If we get knocked out before the Quater finals I'll be a bit better off and be able to donate.
Good idea to wait until the initial 10k has been sold, don't think the kids tickets will go up much at all

The club have now announced a crowd funding scheme for buying season tickets. Pay £200 rather than £179 for your season ticket and the extra £21 goes into an account where we can decide in a vote where it should be best spent - but it will go towards more kids attending games next season.
I'll be just putting my money into that account rather than getting a season ticket. Don't want to deprive a regular fan of a cheap ticket.

Sorted ours out this morning online, it'd cost me more to go down there and waste time stood in a queue than it it did to pay by card over the phone.

There'd better be some left this aft. Don't want another situation like the Chelsea Cup game when they sold to all and sundry as many tickets as they wanted and they were all sold out by the time I got to the ticket office at teatime.
It still rankles.

Plenty of time if you already have a seat/SC this season. It's the "come backers" having gone away for a while and the Yorkshiremen "spotting a bargain when they see one" that will be in the rush. Just hope it actually results in more bums on seats at the games and 3-4000 don't go missing for every home match like they did in the £100 season.
