It#s the constant changing of the back four i was alluding to earlier. If Tav is going forward then there should be a covering Centre half.

What was the loud smash at the Falkirk stadium??

Still top of the league regardless of other results today, ref could have been stronger today esp with the pen letting opposition players debate for a full 2 mins, then not add time on for it. Anyway onwards to the next match.

Right, honeymoon over for Warburton now. We've struggled in recent weeks, and it's the same things every time. All very well saying we'll learn from it, but we keep making those same mistakes. We're not learning.

Defensively we were all over the shop, giving attackers far too much space and barely getting a block in at all  - compare with Falkirk who blocked everything with anything they could. That desire to not concede is missing in us.

We need to be more pragmatic - defensively, offensively and more importantly, tactically.

SPFL2 (Championship), Saturday 19/12/2015 : Falkirk 2-1 Rangers

That was a good open game, pity about the result, but fair play to Falkirk, I do not begrudge them their win today.
There were two dubious penalty decisions, Falkirk scored theirs but Waghorn's on-target effort for Rangers was saved - not 'missed' !
Both sides had their goalkeepers and the woodwork to thank for keeping the score down today.

Trus they set their stall out its easy to defend in numbers, we are getting caught on the break. For me that is the biggest bug bear, no pun intended. The players we have are not good enough to play the total football Warburton wants, Christ Barca got found out playing the very same system with world class players. We are at least 3 players short, def midfielder, striker, and a centre half.

That was awful. If we get promoted and that's out central defensive pairing next year we'll be slaughtered regularly - neither of them appear to have an ounce of pace and we seem unable to play anything but a high line.

Falkirk had a great passage of play at beginning of second half and could have been out of sight but for a couple of saves and thick posts.

Something has to change. Football philosophy should not be mistaken for football dogma.
