As I remember, my Best Man's speech included the half-time score, and I think it ended up as a draw (?).
It was the day I got married, and I've had 36 happy years since - and 21 happy years before - supporting The Baggies.)

The team is:

Myhill
Dawson-McAuley-Evans-Brunt
Gardner-Yacob-Fletcher-McManaman
Lambert-Rondon

Subs
Lindegaard
Olsson
Chester
Morrison
Gnabry
McLean
Berahino

Hmm not sure about 442, and he's still persisting with Gardner. Other than that it doesn't look too bad, although I would always have Big Vic on the bench (on the rare occasions he's fit anyway).

RE: WBA vs Southampton - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 12-09-2015

1) I thought Rondon was tired after International.
2) No creativity. Is Morrison tired? When is Gnabry going to get unleashed? Ditto Chester.

Is there a Rail strike? Where are the fans?

Bit of a dive from Mac, but I still think that's a pen. Defender threw himself across the path of Mac very late.

That WAS a penalty ffs.

RE: WBA vs Southampton - Match Thread - May68 - 12-09-2015

Another thrilling half of football. S'ton looking dangerous down their right. Rodriguez should've buried that header.
We should've had a penalty though.
Have to say, Rondon is looking very poor. You can tell he's been to South America and back in the last week. Surely Berahino will come on for him at some point?

RE: WBA vs Southampton - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 12-09-2015

I know Rondon's knackered and all that, but he don't look a Prem player to me. Nor Lambert. Very poor.
Back 5, Yacob, Fletcher ok. Manamana standing out - but no cohesion at all in their half.

RE: WBA vs Southampton - Match Thread - May68 - 12-09-2015

Lambert and McManaman off but Rondon stays on? Don't get that. And why does McManaman never play a full game?

RE: WBA vs Southampton - Match Thread - talkSAFT - 12-09-2015

I thought Manamana was best player.........and he brings McLean on !?!
