I think the decision to ban Meekins was designed to appease Celtic because they can`t take defeat without moaning about some decision or other.
Listening to John Hughes tonight it appears that there is more to come out regarding who prompted the compliance officer to become involved. At least common sense has prevailed - with a little nudge from FIFA.....
