However frustrated I feel at the moment, I think we should stand by our Coach and give him our backing, after all it’s draws not losses we’re having. As I keep telling my son, ‘ you don’t kick a man when he’s down’. I think the main problem the team have, is ‘confidence’ and you only start improving that is when you’re well supported.
