RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - themaclad - 28-01-2024 Spent 11 hours on a coach yesterday magnificent effort made to stay awake during that less than impressive first period RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - Lord Snooty - 28-01-2024 Like watching paint dry, innit? RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - Lord Snooty - 28-01-2024 Chuffing hell. Can we not hold out for a win anytime? What was Balker doing? I thought he'd been fouled but the replays show he misses the flight of the ball and fell over. He only needed a flick on it and the ball's clear. RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - Amelia Chaffinch - 28-01-2024 DM says we'll have to keep climbing. I haven't seen any climbing. We're stood still at best, clinging on at worst. Climbing? ![]() RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - themaclad - 28-01-2024 Your owner getting pelters on Twitter RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - WakeyTerrier - 28-01-2024 I’ll be honest I thought we’d have sacked him by now, I fully expect him to be gone tomorrow morning and Heckingbottom to be in place about 30minutes later. Enough is enough, he’s had a chance and as tough as football management is I expect the chairman to act, he was the one that said he expected 3 wins from Plymouth, Blackburn and QPR. He was the one on social media calling out the manger and players performances, he’s the one that said this weekend was a must win. He’s the one that now has to stand by his words because if he doesn’t he will start to lose the supporters himself. RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - Lord Snooty - 28-01-2024 He also said, in that interview with Oggy shortly after he'd arrived in the country, that "Darren Moore's going nowhere". RE: The 'R's' v Town, Sunday Football Special - theo_luddite - 28-01-2024 3 points from 3 winnable games isn't a good look however you paint it. Whether it's 1 win and 2 defeats or 3 draws against teams around us, it isn't getting us away from the trap door. We either score or concede too many in injury time when there's 90+ minutes beforehand to put the game to bed. No I didn't see or hear it, nor do I take all the comments on here or elsewhere always at face value (mostly elsewhere tbf, fairly grounded lot on here ![]() Unfortunately you can't bring a new owner in within 24 hours but I'd rather Kevin the Gerbil was gone to be honest. How he's as "successful" as he is with the lack of man mangement skills he shows is beyond me. PS - the 'R's fans are similarly unimpressed with their lot too. Radio Local post match ..
