Fair play LS, but in all honesty and with the upmost respect to you, you are the only person I have heard who thought it was. I was just watching a blues blog from the game, they were right in that corner and they were complaining because they thought a goal kick had been given, instead of a corner, it was clearly put out by the defender . Carlton Palmer commenting said "even with my best Blues hat on it was never a penalty for me".

My argument is, although it was very soft. VAR wouldn't have overturned it because there was contact with studs up.

VAR would probably have got the red card out. Whistle
